Lancaster, Pa. (July 30, 2024)– Fulton Forward Foundation, an independent non-profit private foundation funded by Fulton Bank, recently presented a $75,000 grant to West End Neighborhood House, to support its Launcher Entrepreneurship program to help create small businesses in Wilmington and other parts of Delaware.
