Protect against fraudulent transactions and secure your business' financial information.
Services are available to prevent unauthorized Automated Clearing House (ACH) debits, streamline the account reconcilement process, and enhance account security with internal controls to detect and deter fraud.
Designed for accounts that should not receive unauthorized ACH debits for any reason. All attempted unauthorized ACH debits will automatically be returned to the originating bank.
Designed for accounts that receive certain authorized ACH debits (for example, the Internal Revenue Service or an external payroll processor). Provide us with a list of authorized ACH debit originators and their Company Identification Numbers (CIN), and ACH debits originated under any other CIN will be returned to the originating bank and will not post to your account.
Receive a report showing any "attempted and failed" ACH debits. Reporting is an optional add-on service to either Full or Filtered ACH Debit Block services.
Identify and prevent fraudulent check payments. Provide us with check issue information as checks are issued, and we will verify the information as checks clear our system to ensure authenticity. If a fraudulent item is suspected, you have the ability to make a pay/no-pay decision and, if needed, return it through the Fed system.
Designed for accounts that do not generally issue checks for large dollar amounts, this service protects accounts against large dollar check fraud losses at minimal cost. Designate the maximum amount under which a check will be processed automatically, and if a check is presented for payment above the maximum dollar amount it will be considered an exception item and will not be processed automatically. Your company will be notified of exception items via fax by 9:30 am, and you will have until 1:00 pm the same day to make a pay/no pay decision. Your selected default option will be selected if no response is received by 1:00 pm.
We will consult with you to provide a smooth transition as new fraud prevention techniques are integrated.
